Pablo Cuentas Nanquen, specialists both from the <strong>Laboratory for Evaluation and Certification of Biomass-Improved Stoves<\/strong>. During their presentation, the Laboratory specialists detailed the characteristics of cooking technologies, improved kitchens, as well as the certification process of the parameters that kitchens must have, and the differences between the materials used to build the various kitchen models. improved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Improved Cookstoves<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The implementation of improved stoves provides multiple social and environmental benefits, among these are the reduction of indoor pollution, the reduction of costs and time invested in collecting firewood for fuel and cooking food.
